in the 4 years my dad has not lived here,

we have had peaceful christmases.

we used to fear the holidays because my father would find SOME reason to get pissed off and create hell.

so i figured now that hes back and its the week of christmas that it would be no different.

and i was right.

came home last night, parents arguing. woke up this morning they are arguing. now my dad pulled out a suitcase and is packing to go god knows where. (shrugs) If it werent for the fact that he lives here and my mother is forever in love with him, i could easily say "fuck you" and walk away for good. i can live w/o him. All he is to me is money. that is all he has ever provided. love? ha. support? ha. kindness or understanding? ha. he will never 100% love me til im a good little mexican christian girl who loves jesus faithfully and obeys him w/o question.

and he just walked out the door.

ha. at least it'll be peaceful after he leaves. woo.
