well grr..

something IS wrong. after a day, my period has ended. 2 months in a row where my period lasted only 2 days. something is not right.

(sigh)

Ok night at work. the girl i was supposed to have lunch with, overslept. i can understand that. she works and goes to school almost full time. was wondering when she sleeps:-) another time then. the new guy smells really good and hes real sweet but i can't get over the fact that he reminds of someone? grr don't know.

sometimes i feel..

bad for having guy friends
and wanting to chat with them on the phone
because i know if i lived in the same city as them we would be hanging out all the time anyway
so in reality, its not so bad is it?

Ore., psych-pop band Dandy Warhols' "Solid" (from their 2000 CD,
Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia) as the series' opener. "[Music
from real bands] is better produced than what you can do when
you're doing a TV show," says creator Judd Apatow (Freaks
and Geeks). I'm sure the Dandy Warhols spent an enormous
amount of time making their album, and In that time I prob-
ably shot 13 epIsodes of my show. It's just a great song

well.
i bid farewell to the super cool sneakers. they killed my feet. and the new sandals got returned too. i got much better sneakers, (tis like my feet are in heaven) and got another pair of the exact pair i had before. but these are in way better condition. so all is well.

I gotta be able to take me shoes off, especially if i'm wearing sandals. i love being barefoot. haha i've written many a poem about it actually. haha

On the way to my 12:30 class i saw this flyer for a gathering(a rally of sorts i guess?) for students who are against going to war and against racism. tonight at 9pm. i'll have to leave by 8.

I'm kinda nervous. i've never been to anything like this. I would take an educated guess that there is going to be a hippie crowd there tonight. if so, awesome. i've heard denton is a huge hippie town. but i just transferred there last spring and i only went one day a week(sat) so no chance to really check anything out.

I'm excited to (finally) be around other hippies in person. I know some online but its not the same ya know?

Alas, dinner is calling.

i didnt go. why?

1)at 7ish it was raining so hard. we were in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. i decided to take a short nap.

2)woke up at 9. then my mother proceeds to lecture me on how much she didnt want me to go. Saying "99.9% of the people want to go to war. how can u protest?"

She can't understand how I can go against the grain. She can't understand how I can stand up for my beliefs. She can't understand how I can not care what people think of me, when she relys so heavily on other people for her own validation.

She can't understand how awful and misplaced I feel because I did not obey my soul.

My soul will not go unsatisfied for long.
