My dream would be to show you, linds, and dan around! I would take you to Hyewa and Hondae (where lots of the movies are filmed). Eat galbi, down some shots of soju (business style), and kimbap and go by Yongsan and snag dirt cheap Korean/Japanese films. Honestly, I would suggest just bringing money for that alone ; ) as your heads will explode from sheer joy at how cheap you can get excellent movies.
We'd hit the teahouses, the mountains for some hiking, and some of the music scene. And you can learn that a shove means move, spit is normal, and every man in Seoul is required by birth to own the following items: hair gel, a pin strip suit, or a navy blue suit.
