im loosing my religion

it is a real fear of mine.

i feel the older i get and the more "indie" my music becomes that im starting to loose my hippieness. I havent listened to any hendrix or joplin in at least 10months!! not to mention i cut off my long hippie locks when me and daniel started dating. Well that had more to do with a personal renewel. but still!!

its real scary sometimes. im becoming more hipster than hippie. and im not entirely comfortable with that.

( i never seem to get even hippie results anymore )

i really need to listen to jeff beck.

i hear nothing but good things about him.

but speaking of another beck..

i found a rare beck cd. it has the lp version of loser and like..5 other unreleased tracks on it. for 9 bucks. wow nice.

yeah. i own a mariah carey cd!

and its her butterfly cd:-) came out in '97.

ill never sell it. as "indie" as i can be sometimes, the reverse side of that is i love bad pop. like top 40 crap. and its 90s pop. lol. i so cant help it. yeah. i own color me badd's final album. i got so excited when i found it for 1 dollar at half price books.

oh yeah. im making a "best sexual songs: top 40 style" cd.

it will contain the likes of mariah carey, solo jordan knight (yeah i bought that too..OOH! I HEARD DANNY WOOD CAME OUT WITH A SOLO EFFORT!), toni braxton, boys 2 men(ive got 2 albums of theirs!) (ok gonna break my rule here..) fiona apple, and ok. some jazz. ok and some r&b. oh! and some janet jackson, and maybe some michael jackson. d'angelo..yeaaaaaaah. anyone else got any suggestions?

im making it for daniel but would anyone else like a copy?
